About:

Tim White is a production sound mixer with more than twenty years experience of working on hugely diverse projects ranging from the dramatised lives of the heroes of the first moon landing for the TV movie 'Moonshot', to the acclaimed and emotionally-charged story of the final minutes of workers trying to escape from the World Trade Centre, for the award winning TV feature '9/11: The Twin Towers'.

Or the bizarrely funny escapades of the "self-facilitating media node" Nathan Barley in the cult series of the same name.

Tim has worked all over the world in locations from the Kalahari desert and Malaysian jungle to the Mediterranean, filming the Mitchell and Webb feature film Magicians in Skegness (!) following Stephen Fry 'Saving the Spectacled Bear' in Peru or looking at the machinations behind financing a movie for the film, 'Festival in Cannes', starring Greta Scacchi and Ron Silver.

Winner Best Sound “9/11: The Twin Towers” BAFTA 2006 & Royal Television Society 2006/7
